Southwest has a credit card that gives you 25,000 miles after your first purchase.  Thats a free roundtrip ticket to almost anywhere in the U.S!  If you use credit responsibly and pay it off every month this can be a great way to save money on travel.  I love Southwest because they don't charge you a change fee to change your flights.  Once I bought a flight on United and their computer system messed up the dates.  When I called they said they knew about the mess up but because it took me a week to call they wouldn't help me.  The ticket was $200 and the change fee is $150 so it's not worth it to even change the ticket.  If I had used Southwest this wouldn't have happened.
